SAEK is a personal colour reading made from photographs of you. This page says what we keep, where, and for how long. It is written to be read, not scrolled past.

Your photographs

The photographs you take in the measurement session (face, eye, wrist, arm) stay on your phone and are excluded from iCloud backup.

One request sends them to our measurement service to be read. The service returns the readings and keeps nothing: no copy of the photograph, no derived face data.

Your reading

Your reading (the four axes, the type, the palette and the answers that travelled with it) is stored under your account so that a second device can restore it and so that a sealed reading stays sealed.

One answer in the consultation asks about facial redness, which is health-adjacent. It is asked for as its own consent and can be declined; the reading proceeds without it.

Your account

We store the email address you sign in with and the first name you give us, so the app can address you by it on any device. Nothing else about you is collected.

Deleting your account deletes the reading and the account together. There is no retention period and no export step in between.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. We never see your card. Your entitlement is keyed on your account so it follows you between devices.

Consent

Each consent you give is recorded with the version of the words you agreed to and the time, so we can show you exactly what you said yes to. You can withdraw any of them in the app.
